Terms and Conditions

 Terms and Conditions Effective Date: June 7th, 2024 - These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between My Way Out Trading Academy LLC ("Academy") and the student ("Student") accessing the Academy's courses and online classes.

1). Payment Options 1.1 One-Time Payment: By choosing the one-time payment option, the Student agrees to make a full payment to the Academy for access to all courses and online classes. This payment grants the Student lifetime access to the Academy. 1.2 Monthly Payment: By choosing the monthly payment option, the Student agrees to make recurring monthly payments on the same day as the initial payment each month. After completing all the monthly payments, the Student will gain lifetime access to all courses and online classes.

2). Access to Courses and Online Classes 2.1 Lifetime Access: Upon making a one-time payment in full, the Student will receive lifetime access to the Academy, including all current and future courses and online classes. 2.2 Completion of Monthly Payments: After fulfilling all monthly payment obligations, the Student will also be granted lifetime access to all courses and online classes.

3). Intellectual Property 3.1 Ownership: All materials, including but not limited to course content, videos, documents, and other resources provided by the Academy, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the Academy's materials without prior written consent.

4). Termination 4.1 Violation of Terms: The Academy reserves the right to terminate the Student's access to courses and online classes if the Student breaches any terms outlined in this Agreement. 4.2 Refunds: In the event of termination due to a violation of terms by the Student, no refunds will be provided for any payments made. 5. Disclaimer of Warranty

5).1 No Guarantees: The Academy does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the courses and online classes. The Student acknowledges that success in trading is dependent on various factors, including personal skills and market conditions.

6). Governing Law and Jurisdiction 6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction]. By accessing the courses and online classes of My Way Out Trading Academy LLC, the Student acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement
